With certifications in Agile, Project Management (PMP), and Scrum Product Ownership, Chisobem has worked with startups, SMEs, and international organisations to design operational structures that turn strategy into execution.
Her work has included advising fast-growing companies on operational scaling, building systems that support sustainable growth, and helping organisations improve efficiency through process optimisation and technology integration.
Chisobem has also collaborated with organisations connected to the United Nations World Trade Centre, delivering projects focused on knowledge management and operational improvement for NGOs.
Earlier in her career, she worked in the construction industry, contributing to initiatives that introduced sustainable building materials and improved housing accessibility.
