SaharaOps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service provided.

9. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Specific cancellation terms may be outlined in your contract.

10. In-Person and Remote Services

SaharaOps provides services remotely and, where agreed, in person. Any travel or related costs will be agreed upon in advance.

We may recommend third-party tools or platforms. SaharaOps is not responsible for the performance, policies, or availability of third-party services.
